Here’s some pics of my kits..first one is my Yamaha MCAN (apple sparkle fade - 22,8,10,12,14,16)...the second (next post) is my Yamaha BCA (cherrywood - 20,8,10,12,14,16)...the third is my DTXtreme RHP…
Take a look at my new Luddies! Bought this shell pack new back in August and I love’em! It is a 6-piece Ludwig Epic series in mahogany fade with Gibraltar hardware and pedals. I use Sabian Vault and AAX cymbals. Replace the stock heads with Evans EC2 batters and EC resonants on the toms and an Evans EMAD bass drum batter. Snare has an Evans ST coated batter and Hazy 300 snare side. The head upgrade made good-sounding drums sound awesome! I am really pleased with the sound of these and totally pleased with the appearance, I especially like the “bronze vintage” hardware finish. Have received many complements on them. Have wanted to a set of Ludwigs again for a long time and I must say for the money invested I couldn’t be happier!
Here’s my main kit. It’s a Pearl Reference Series that I picked up in 2007. The finish is Crystal Rain. It was originally two up and one down. It’s grown since then.
