This week we've really got something special. It's a repost of a kit from Dave Paterson, of Abroath Scotland. He owns a much-traveled Hayman kit, a brand familiar to UK drummers in the '70s. Let Dave tell us how he got the kit.
"My kit is a Hayman with a Ludwig snare. I bought the kit in 1970 it was brand new and made in England, and endorsed by Mitch Mitchell who played drums with Jimi Hendrix.
Having played on session work for the BBC, and travelled around the country playing in Mecca ballrooms, dance halls, and many American air bases, my kit and I have settled down and now play in my local church in the praise band.

Thanks, Dave.
