Dixon Drums At 2012 NAMM

It’s a new day at Dixon Drums. The brand that first built its reputation for good value drum set hardware before moving into low-end drum sets through an affiliation with Gretsch has now ventured out on its own with a new distribution deal with St. Louis Music. In doing so, Dixon has completely revamped its drum catalog, with four new kits that address different price points, and a large selection of fine snare drums, including a couple interesting models featuring exotic wood shells made by Brady. Like Crush and Natal at last year’s NAMM Show, Dixon could be poised to make a big splash in 2012.
