Big Projects On The Horizon For Chris “Daddy” Dave

It looks like 2012 will be another banner year for Chris “Daddy” Dave. Not only is the wildly creative drumming phenom slated to release his first solo album, and appear on pianist Robert Glasper’s new album Black Radio, but he was picked by D’Angelo to be the drummer and music director for the neo-soul singer’s comeback 2012 European tour dates.

What’s more, Dave has signed exclusive representation with The JAE.B Group, an artist relations and management firm based in Los Angeles. Headed by music executive and artist manager Jae Barber, the company will focus on expanding Dave’s solo career and visibility across a variety of genres and music platforms.
