Charlie Benante & Wife Released From Jail
Athrax drummer Charlie Benante and his wife were released from Elkhart County Jail on Saturday, after their arrest on Friday for domestic battery in front of a child.
The couple was taken into custody after allegedly arguing in front of their young daughter Mia at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Elkhart, Indiana.
A court date was set for August 3rd, but no further details are available.
