Cheap Trick drummer Bun E. Carlos will probably never want his band to want him again. The group recently sued Carlos, asking a judge to confirm that the drummer was validly removed from the board of Cheap Trick Unlimited and two other band-related corporations. This lawsuit follows another Carlos filed in July regarding the same issue. The drummer claimed he and his band signed an agreement in 2010 stating that he could stop touring with the band and still remain an active member in terms of management. Along with former band manager David Frey, Carlos says the two were short-changed hundreds of thousands of dollars by Cheap Trick's three other founders. We'll see what the verdict is, once the cases make their way through Delaware's Court of Chancery.
