Condo Where Jimmy Sullivan Died Goes On Sale

By Andy DoerschukPublished on July 10, 2010

In a rather grisly culmination of an already tragic story, the Huntington Beach, California home of deceased Avenged Sevenfold drummer Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan has been listed for sale. The 968-square foot condominium in the Huntington Pacific complex has unobstructed ocean views, and is being offered for $599,000 with HOA fees of $550 a month. Mike Meyers, the real estate agent who listed the condo, wrote, “This location is one of the rare properties where you can go to bed every night listening to the waves and be close enough to downtown that once home you never have to hop in your car to go downtown or to the pier.” It is also the residence where Sullivan was discovered dead of an accidental drug overdose at the age of 28. In addition, coroners found that he had an enlarged heart, which could have contributed to his demise.
