Aviva Nash of Drum Café, sued Fox News stars Bill O'Reilly, Juliet Huddy, Greta Van Susteren, and Fox News for defamation of her company.

She claimed that O'Reilly called her business a "con" and that Huddy compounded the insults by calling her a "little hippy dippy chick."

Nash describes herself in the complaint against the news channel as a "hard working, legitimate small business owner, engaged in corporate training and team building." She uses drums in her team-building and "corporate drumming" business, according to the Drum Café website.

Nash claims O'Reilly showed a clip of her at a training session, and that he and Huddy criticized what they called a $270,000 "21st century Kumbaya."

She is seeking damages for defamation, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
