The first Ohio Drum Show kicked off on Sunday, September 19, 2010 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Though attendance was a bit lower than expected, attendees had a great chance to see vintage and custom gear, talk drums with friends and experts and hear the great Keith Carlock in concert. More than 55 firms exhibited including a good mix of collectors, vintage suppliers, new drum makers, shell builders, electronic drum companies and larger drum and cymbal manufacturers, including Yamaha, Zildjian, and Ludwig. Promoter George Lawrence says he'll be back next year with some new attractions for drumming fans.
