After years of development, Hiptrix Inc. has finally perfected their world's brightest glow-in-the-dark drumsticks. Now they need money to move forward. To make production a reality, Hiptrix has launched a Kickstarter project in order to raise the funds necessary to move forward.
“When the economy bottomed out, our financing channels dried up.” said Hiptrix President Erich Neugebauer. “We had to search for a funding platform that would allow us to keep ownership of our product and brand”.
Kickstarter is a crowd-based online funding platform that gives artists, inventors, and designers the opportunity to raise funds for a given project by offering incentives to financial backers. Anyone in the world can become a Kickstarter backer. Donations can be made in amounts ranging from $1 to $1,000, with unique rewards being offered at every level.
According to Hiptrix President Erich Neugebauer: “At every level, backers will get discounted pricing, and at some levels exclusive gear. It’s really a win-win for everyone, and at the end of the day you hope that people see the passion and dedication that you have for your product and want to be a part of making it a reality. Every dollar counts!”
