Mike Portnoy’s New Band Debut Last Night In NYC

The reports are finally in. Following last night’s debut performance, Mike Portnoy’s new supergroup Adrenaline Mob has proved itself to be a metallic force to be reckoned with, and then again. The band – which also features guitarist Rich Ward (Stuck Mojo/Fozzy), vocalist Russell Allen (Symphony X), guitarist Mike Orlando (Sonic Stump), and bassist Paul DiLeo – brought down the packed house at Hiro Ballroom in New York City. Afterward, the drummer told noisecreep.com, “The show was electric! The live chemistry in this band is ridiculous. Everybody is a true performer — I cannot wait for people everywhere to feel the adrenaline!” Need proof? Check the video above.
