
Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason is stepping in to save the music shop where he bought his very first drum kit. The drum kit was £7.50 at Foote's in 1958. Mason's provided the necessary funding to stop Foote's from going out of business. Check out why he's got so much love for the shop below.

I think we all can relate to this. There’s nothing like going into a drum store and salivating. Kudos to Nick!

So true. For me it was Franks Drum Shop on Wabash Avenue in Chicago. It was the prototypical classic drum shop — half retail/half museum.
