Willie Nelson cancelled a handful of upcoming tour dates due to a car accident involving the bus that his backing band travels in.

Willie's official website posted that his band's bus was "in an accident overnight on icy I-30. Three members of the family were hospitalized. Additional information will be released as we get it."

According to his website, his next four tour dates have been postponed, however his dates for December are still on the schedule. CNN reported that the bus spun out of control in a storm, and crashed into a Texas bridge pillar before dawn this morning.

CNN is reporting that drummer Paul English (the subject of Willie's song "Me And Paul") suffered a broken hip, and his brother (fellow drummer) Billy English and another band member, Thomas Ray Hawkins, received minor injuries.

The message now details that "no one suffered serious injuries."
