It’s that time of year when people want to give thanks and give back – even rock stars like Travis Barker, who had teamed up with Toby Morse, front man for H20, to help steer kids away from drug use. Morse heads an initiative called One Life One Chance, which promote healthy lifestyles.

The Blink-182 drummer has agreed to donate drum sets to schools in New York City to show students that there are positive ways to channel energy and creativity rather than resorting to self-destructive behavior. “I love and support what Toby is doing for the youth,” Barker told “It’s good that these kids can see that not every rock star is a drug addict and he is such a positive, all-around role model for them.” Barker also has committed to involve his clothing line, Famous Stars & Straps, with the effort.
